Public Meetings and Planning Workshops
The development process for the Brookhaven-Peachtree LCI study included three public workshops to which homeowners, businesses, institutions, and consumers were invited, not only to learn more about the LCI project, but to provide important input as to the requirements and desires driving the LCI.
A kick-off public planning workshop was held July 28, 2005 at the PATH Academy at 3007 Hermance Drive. The public meeting was a great success attended by over 125 community citizens. A presentation gave an overview of the project, and the Planning Team conducted a Community Preference Survey.
